Fan Engagement at the BRITs!

Brit Awards 2023

 

Last weekend, the 11th February 2023 Filmily had the privilege of the being the Fan Engagement partner at the BRIT Awards, which is sponsored by Mastercard and held at the O2 Arena in London.

It was an incredible night, and we were excited to be part of it. To make the night even more memorable for fans, we created two activations:- 

  • Get your unique BRITs Photo.
  • Share your reaction when winners are announced.

Fans could take part in both activities by opening the Filmily App.  Which was shared as URLs on Social media and the BRITs website.

The 'Get your BRITS photo' activation allowed fans to take a photo of themselves with a BRIT Award for a personalised memento of the night.  The 'Share your Reaction' activation was a great way for fans to show their excitement of their favourite artists winning awards.  The stimulus video in the app was Jack Saunders (Head of the Official Chart Show on BBC Radio 1) encouraging the fans to cheer.

We were delighted to see the response from fans around the world. Within two hours we had content from 82 countries. It was incredible to see so many people getting involved in the activation, and it was a testament to the success of the Filmily platform.

Overall, it was a great night for Filmily, and we were thrilled to see so many people engaging with the platform.  We look forward to getting involved with the BRITs 2024!
